If you use Infragrid.ai on behalf of an organization, your organization may have a separate agreement with us that controls how we process workspace data.

We use information to provide, secure, improve, and support Infragrid.ai. We do not sell personal information.

Customer content remains under the control of the customer or workspace owner. Infragrid.ai uses customer content to provide the requested service and to generate outputs for authorized users.

We do not use your confidential workspace content to train public AI models. Where third-party AI providers are used to process customer content, we configure them to process that content only to provide the service, subject to our agreements with those providers.

We share information only as needed to operate Infragrid.ai, comply with law, or with your direction.

• Your organization and authorized workspace users, according to workspace permissions and administrative controls.

• Successors in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business records. Workspace administrators may request deletion or export according to their agreement with Infragrid.ai.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications by using the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. We may still send transactional or service-related communications.
